Cinema Nova

Cinema Nova offers the very best in new release arthouse films together with upmarket commercial releases, regular special film events and festivals, all in a warm, intimate environment of architecturally challenging design. Cinema Nova had its beginnings as a twin arthouse cinema when it opened in August 1992, and has been expanding in size and diversity since. Two years after opening, the Nova doubled in size to a four screen complex; they added a fifth screen a year later, and December 1999 saw Cinemas 6, 7 and 8 open to the public. In 2004 three more screens opened, bringing the total to 11 screens.
